Spring Onion Celery Fried Shrimp Recipes
Every time when I eating at restaurant, I will try to order new foods. I love to get more ideas how all those restaurant chef cook the delicious foods then I will go back to cook again. Lol…I am a Copy Cat? Well, I will said this inspire me to improve my cooking skills. I learned this Spring Onion Celery Fried Shrimp Recipes from a famous Chinese Restaurant, around 95 miles far away from my home.

Ingredients
- 600 grams of Fresh Large Shrimp (with shells on)
- 2 stalks of Spring Onion
- 1 stalk of Chinese Celery
- 1 tea spoons of sugar
- 1 tea spoons of salt
- 1 table spoons of Light Soya Sauce
- 1 table spoons of Huatiao Wine
- 3 table spoons of Oil
Directions
Step 1: Clean the shrimp, trim off the peelers. Slice the back and remove the black line of the shrimp. Mix well with 1 tea spoons of sugar and 1 tea spoons of salt. Put aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Wash the spring onion and Chinese celery then cut into 3 inches size.
Step 3: Heat the wok with 3 table spoons of oil then put in the shrimp for fried 1 minutes.
Step 4: Add in the light soya sauce and Huatiao wine then spring onion and Chinese celery, sauteing for 10 seconds then ready to serve.
Tips: Right temperature is important to fried the shrimp in order to keep the shrimp meat succulent and juicy at the same time.
