Easy Healthy Fried Rice Recipes

Just back home after busy working and lazy cook but yet like to have a healthy food?

This is the feeling I am and I am not sure you too? I will open up my refrigerator for my left over rice and ingredients and here is the easy yet healthy fried rice which suitable for one or 2 persons. Let’s find out below.

Ingredients

  • 1 big bowl White Rice ***Cooked
  • 50 grams of Long Green Bean
  • 100 grams of Shrimp
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 grams of  Carrot
  • 30 grams of Chinese Celery
  • 1 table spoon of Sesame Oil
  • 3 table spoons of Light Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tea spoon of Dark Soya Sauce
  • 2 table spoons of Water
  • 1 tea spoon Pepper
  • 3 Soup Spoons Oil
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

Step 1: Rinse and cut the long green beans, carrot, onion and Chinese celery into small cube size.

Step 2: Ready the seasoning with mix in dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and water.

Step 3: Put in the oil for heating then mix in the onion, carrot and long green beans for stir frying, then put in the shrimp. Sauteing for 30 seconds.

Step 4: Mix in the eggs and stir frying until gold color.

Step 5: Put in the white rice and mix in the seasoning for sauteing around 10 minutes.

Step 6: Then mix with pepper before ready to serve on plate. Add the Chinese celery before savor for a special fragrance.
