Ingredients
- 300 grams of Hairy Gourd
- 100 grams of Carrot
- 1/2 tea spoons of sugar
- 1 tea spoons of salt
- 1 table spoons of Oil
- 1/4 cup of Water
Directions
Step 1: Clean and peel off the hairy gourd skin, cut into thin slices.
Step 2: Clean and peel off the carrot, cut into thin slices.
Step 3: Heat up the pan with oil then add in hairy gourd and carrot, stir sauteing it for 30 seconds then add in the water for continue simmering for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add in the salt and sugar and sauteing for 1 minutes then ready for serve.
