Recipes with Vegetables Basil Herb Fried Egg 九层塔煎鸡蛋

 

Basil Herb is one of the traditional herb that are popular around the world. Chinese like to use this herb into their cooking ingredients because it have a special spices which improve the aroma of the Chinese food. Normally, you can see it will mix with brinjal and seafood are more common. For this recipes with vegetables, Basil Herb was chosen to fry with egg. Basil Herbs is full of calcium and when mix with egg which have vitamin D, will easily adsorb by our body. This Basil Herb Fried Egg will enhance our body bone structure. Beside that, the Vitamin C from the Basil Herbs mix with protein from egg also good for moisture the skin and reduce the wrinkle. Ladies, you must try to cook and eat this dishes!

Ingredients

  • 100 Grams Basil Herb
  • 2 Egg *** You can use duck egg.
  • 1 tea spoon Salt
  • 1/2 tea spoon Pepper
  • 6 Table Spoons Oil

 

Step 1: Rinse and chopping the 100 grams of Basil Herb.

 

 

 

Step 2: Stir beating the 2 eggs in a bowl. Add in one teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoons of pepper. (You may change to duck egg)

 

Step 3: Mix in the chopping Basil Herb into the well beating eggs.

 

Step 4: Heating 2 table spoons of oil on the pan/ wok, pour inside the mixer egg into the pan/ wok to fry the egg until golden color for both side.
