Ingredients
- 150 Grams Bitter Gourd
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tea spoon Light Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tea spoon Salt
- 1/2 tea spoon Pepper
- 6 Table Spoons Oil
Directions
Step 1: Cut and slice the 150 grams of bitter gourd.
Step 2: Stir beating the 2 eggs in a bowl. Add in one teaspoon of light soya sauce and 1/2 teaspoons of pepper.
Step 3: Heating 3 table spoons of oil on the pan/ wok, put in the slices bitter gourd and put in 1/2 teaspoons of salt for stir frying around 2-3 minutes. After that, picked up and mix into the well beating eggs on that bowl. Then, pour inside again into the pan/ wok to fry the egg until golden color for both side.
