Chinese Recipes With Chicken Black Fungus 黑木耳鸡肉

Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Chicken Drumsticks
  • 30 Grams Ginger
  • 30 Grams Black Fungus *** Highly recommend for the fresh type
  • 2 Table Spoons Light Soya Sauce
  • 1 tea spoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth or Water
  • 2 Table Spoons Oil
  • 1 table spoon “Huo Tiao” Wine (Rice Wine) ***You may change to Cooking Sherry

Directions

Step 1:  Rinse the whole drumstick of chicken and cut into small pieces. Marinated with 2 table spoons if light soya sauce and one teaspoons of sugar for around 10 minutes.

 

 

Step 2:  Cut the 30 grams of ginger and rinse the 30 grams of black fungus (you may use the fresh black fungus or dried black fungus, for dried black fungus-need to soaking in water for about 30 minutes before ready to cook)

 

 

Step 3: Heating 2 table spoons of oil on a wok/ pan and stir frying the ginger until turn gold color, then mix in the chicken for cook around 10 minutes. After that, mix in the black fungus for stir frying a while. Later,  mix in a cup of water or chicken broth (上汤), cover the lid for cook around 10 minutes. Finally, put in one table spoons of “Huo Tiao” Wine (Rice Wine) and sauteing for a while then ready to serve on plate.
