Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Onion
- 3 gloves of Garlic
- 25 grams Curry Powder
- 5 stalks of Curry Leaves (Optional)
- 700 grams of Fresh Prawn
- 1 table spoon Light Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tea spoon Sugar
- 1/2 cup of Water
- 2 table spoon Oil
Directions
Step 1: Cut the onion and garlic.
Step 2: Rinse the curry leaves and prawn.
Step 3: Heating the work and pan with 2 table spoons of oil. Then put in the onion and garlic for sauteing 30 seconds.
Step 4: Put in curry powder for sauteing 1 seconds.
Step 5: Then put in curry leaves for continue sauteing 1 seconds.
Step 6: Pour in 1/2 cup of water then add in sugar and light soya sauce. Let it cook until the water boiling.
Step 7: Put in the prawn to cook together for 1 minutes then it was ready to serve.
