Ingredients
- 2 Green Cabbage
- half Cabbage
- 150 Grams Shrimp
- 3 Gloves Garlic
- 6 Table Spoons Oil
- half tea spoon Salt
- 1 tea spoon Fish Sauce
Directions
Step 1: Rinse the green cabbage and cabbage. Cut into 2 inches size.Separate the stem and leave parts of green cabbage.
Step 2: Cut the carrot and garlic.
Step 3: Rinse and remove shrimp shell.
Step 4: Put in 2 tablespoons of oil into work/ pan. After the oil heating, put in garlic and shrimp. Then follow half teaspoons of salt and stir frying its for 10 seconds.
Step 5: Put in the stem of green cabbage and cabbage for sauteing around 2 minutes then only put in the leave parts of green cabbage.
Step 6: Finally, put in 1 teaspoons of fish sauce and sauteing it for another 30 seconds before ready to serve.
