Ingredients
- 30 grams of Dried or Fresh Black Fungus
- 10 grams of Dried Long Yellow Daylily
- 10 grams Wolfberry
- 2 chicken drumsticks and 2 chicken wings
- 1 table spoon Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tea spoon Salt
- 1/2 tea spoon Sugar
Directions
Step 1: Clean the black fungus and long yellow daylily. (For dried type, need to soak with water for 20 minutes).
Step 2: Rinse the wolfberry and chickens.
Step 3: Marinate the chickens with salt, sugar and light soya sauce.
Step 4: Get a big plate, put the black fungus underneath the chickens and at the top put in the long yellow daylily and wolfberry.
Step 5: Heat the wok with water for steam at least 20-25 minutes, then it was ready to serve.
