Ingredients
- 2 pieces of Tofu
- 150 grams of Minced Pork
- 100 grams of Shrimp Meat
- 50 grams Salted Vegetables
- 1 tea spoons of Sesame Oil
- 2 tea spoons of Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tea spoons of Pepper
- 1 tea spoons of Corn Flour
- 1/2 stalk of Spring Onion
- 1/2 stalk of Chinese Celery
Directions
Step 1: Add the minced pork meat with shrimp meat then chopping to mix well together. Then add in the seasme oil, light soya sauce, pepper and corn flour with it.
Step 2: Clean the tofu and cut into 4 pieces each.
Step 3: Place the tofu into steam plate, then top up with the meat and shrimp paste.
Step 4: Chopping the spring onion and chinese celery.
Step 5: Steam it for 10 minutes, then top up the spring onion and chinese celery before it ready to serve.
