Ingredients
- 2 Loofah
- 100 Grams Tong Cai
- 3 Gloves Garlic
- 50 Grams Mince Meat
- 5 Table Spoons Oil
- 1 tea spoon Lig
- 1/2 cup Water
Directions
Step 1: Peel away the skin of Loofah and cut into half inch size.
Step 2: Cut the garlic into slices and rinse the Tong Cai.
Step 3: Chopping the pork meat.
Step 4: Put in the 3 table spoons of oil into work/ pan for heating then stir frying the garlic and mince meat for 1 minutes.
Step 5: Mix in the Tong Cai for stir frying another 1 minutes.
Step 6: Put in the Loofah for stir frying another 2 minutes.
Step 7: Then mix in one tea spoons of light soya sauce and half cup of water for cook. Cover with lid for 2 minutes.
Step 8: Ready to serve.
