Quick And Easy Sesame Minced Pork Omelette
My mum told me this is her favorite dish during her confinement time. My grandma will cook this Sesame Minced Pork Omelette specially for my mum. Sesame may help in blood cell formation and it good for lady after giving birth. Ingredients
- 100 grams of Ginger
- 100 grams of Minced Pork
- 2 Eggs
- 3 table spoons of Sesame Oil
- 2 tea spoons of Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tea spoons of Pepper
- 1/2 tea spoons of Salt
- 1/2 cup of Water
Directions
Step 1: Add the minced pork with 1 table spoons of sesame oil, 2 tea spoons of light soya sauce and 1 tea spoons of pepper then mix it well.
Step 2: Beat the 2 eggs with some pepper and salt.
Step 3: Heat the pan with sesame oil, pour in 1/4 of eggs then add on the minced pork. Turn the heat to medium. Cover up the mince pork with eggs in half circle shape. Repeat it for another 3 times.
Step 4: Add in the slices ginger for fry together with the eggs until gold color.
Step 5: Mix in 1/2 cup of water to cook together with the omelette about 1 minutes to make sure the minced pork was cook well inside the omelette.
