Recipe with vegetables Salted Radish Fried Egg is simple and easy cooking with just need less than 5 minutes for a Chinese dish. Chinese always like salted the vegetables as the ingredients of Chinese food. In the old days, salted vegetables was created to keep food for longer days especially during war period but because it taste delicious, the salted vegetables became popular ingredients now a days in Chinese cooking. Normally, this salted radish will add in not only eggs but also with meat, fish and seafood to improve the taste.

Ingredients
- 50 Grams Salted Radish
- 2 Gloves Garlic
- 2 Egg
- 1 tea spoon Light Soya Sauce
- 5 Table Spoons Oil
Directions
Step 1: Soaking some water with salted radish and drain it.
Step 2: Chopping 2 gloves of garlic.
Step 3: Stir beating the 2 eggs in a bowl and add in one teaspoon of light soya sauce.
Step 4: Heating 3 table spoons of oil on the pan/ wok, put in first the garlic for stir frying then follow by the salted radish until it turn golded color (around 2-3 minutes). Then picked up and mix into the well beating eggs on that bowl. Follow by, pour inside again into the pan/ wok to fry the egg until golden color for both side.
