Simple Royale Chives Shrimp Recipes For Summer Meal

Have you heard Royale Chives before? It also called as Green Dragon in Chinese. This special kind of chives are said to be cultivated in a pesticide free environment. This is a new type of chives with a special crunchy and onion taste. It just need to cook as simple sauteing with shrimp and garlic for a healthy diet!

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of Shrimp Meat
  • 200 grams of Royale Chives (Green Dragon)
  • 2 gloves of Garlic
  • 1 tea spoon of Salt
  • 1 table spoon of Oil

Directions

Step 1:Rinse the Royale Chives and cut into 3 inches size.
Step 2: Peel off the garlic and chopping into small pieces.
Step 3: Peel off the shell of the shrimp and rinse it.
Step 4: Ready a wok/ pan and heating 1 table spoon of oil.
Step 5: Put in the garlic then follow by shrimp meat, add in one tea spoon of salt for stir frying about 10 seconds.
Step 6: Mix in the royale chive for continue sauteing around 1 minutes. Then ready to serve on plate.
