Ingredients
- 600 grams of Pork Ribs (cut into 1 inches of size)
- 4 gloves of Garlic
- 1 & 1/2 table spoons of Fermented Black Beans
- 3 table spoons of Light Soya Sauce
- 2 table spoons of Pepper
- 1 tea spoons of Sugar
- 1 stalk of Spring Onion
- 1 table spoon of Tapioca Flour
Directions
Step 1: Rinse pork ribs and mix in light soya sauce, pepper, sugar and tapioca flour for marinade about 15 minutes
Step 2: Peel off the garlic and chopping it.
Step 3: Rinse the fermented black beans.
Step 4: Clean and cut the spring onion into 3 inches size.
Step 5: Then place the spring onion at bottom neath on a plate before you put in the marinade pork ribs. Then top up with garlic and fermented black beans.
Step 6: Steam it for 20 minutes then ready to serve.
