Ingredients
- 2 stalks of Sweet Corn
- 1 Carrot
- 5 pieces of Chinese Mushroom
- 1 table spoons of Wolfberry
- 300 grams of Chinese Yam
- 3 pieces of Ginger
- 3 Liters Water
- 1 tea spoon Salt
Directions
Step 1: Soak the Chinese mushroom in hot water until it was soft then cut it.
Step 2: Rinse and cut the sweet corn, carrot and Chinese yam into pieces.
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients into a 3 liters boiling water, bring to boiling. Then reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours. Put in some salt then ready to serve.
