Vegan Recipes-Sweet Corn And Mushroom Soup

This is the best and healthy vegan recipes that I learned from one of my vegan diet’s aunt. When I feel I eating too much meats and will like to go for vegan diet, I will always cook this Sweet Corn Mushroom Soup. It was perfect taste good and yet simple & easy recipes. Servings

4-6 Persons

Ingredients

  • 2 stalks of Sweet Corn
  • 1 Carrot
  • 5 pieces of Chinese Mushroom
  • 1 table spoons of Wolfberry
  • 300 grams of Chinese Yam
  • 3 pieces of Ginger
  • 3 Liters Water
  • 1 tea spoon Salt

Directions 

Step 1: Soak the Chinese mushroom in hot water until it was soft then cut it.

Step 2: Rinse and cut the sweet corn, carrot and Chinese yam into pieces.

Step 3: Mix all the ingredients into a 3 liters boiling water, bring to boiling. Then reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours. Put in some salt then ready to serve.
